If your item is to be transported unpackaged, please notify us of this so we can make our drivers aware.

We will then look to respond to you within 2 working hours with your personalised quote for the transport of your item.

Proceeding
Happy to proceed with your quote?
When you're happy to proceed, let us know and we will send across your invoice for the transport.

As soon as payment, has been received we will send the job information to our team in dispatch, who will then assign the job to one of our drivers.

Assignment
We're on our way!
We will contact both parties with the ETA of your driver for the dates/times of the collection.
You will be given at least 2 days' notice prior to the driver's arrival. If you won't be in, then please let us know where the item has been left for collection.

On the day, our driver's will contact you when they are approximately 30 mins - 1 hour away from you.

Collection
We've got your item!
Once the item(s) has been collected, confirmation will be sent that the item(s) has been successfully collected.
​
Our dispatch team will then be in contact again shortly to arrange the delivery. Once the delivery has been assigned, you will be contacted with at least 2 days' notice of the planned ETA for your driver to deliver the item.
Delivery
It's on it's way!
On the day of delivery, our driver will contact you in line with the communicated ETA to let you know when they are 30 mins - 1 hour away.

Completion
Job Completed!
When our driver arrives, they will ensure that the item is either handed directly to the delivery contact or left in the specified location. They will take a picture of where the item has been left and this will be shared with the delivery contact.
